  • The main floor walls and ceilings are True Venetian Plaster comprised of 15 layers, hand-rubbed with accent leaves.
  • The master bath has 18 shower heads, a 100-gallon waterfall shower, towel warmers, radiant floor heating, stainless steel hampers, fiber-optic cove lighting and onyx and marble walls.
  • There is a fenced-in 400 sq. ft. (approx) dog run with a security-enhanced doggy-door. 
  • The exterior utilizes a limestone painting technique to provide an antiquated feeling and old-world charm.
  • Lutron lighting system with dimmers, accents and special lighting controls throughout the house.
  • Accessories and furnishings were hand-picked from India and Asia.
  • Eco-friendly materials throughout.  All of the wood in the house is its true color; there are no stains or chemical processes on the finishes.  All of the stone for the construction was quarried on-site. 
  • Laundry room with four Asko ergonomic and environmentally friendly machines. Additional laundry in Spa Bath, Pool House and In-Law Apartment. 
  • Kitchen has two islands, large walk-in pantry, two dishwashers, SubZero, Gaggenau, Viking and Miele appliances.
  • Windows are custom made with mahogany and the entire north side of the house is glass.

  • Main-floor powder room walls are from anigre wood, hand chosen from the original tree and the glass sink is illuminated with fiber optic lighting.

  • The Dining Room table, handcrafted in Colombia, seats 16 and can also be divided into two separate tables.  The ceiling was hand-painted on stretched canvas and then hung.  The glass shelves are illuminated with fiber optics.  There is a full butler's station adjacent to the Dining Room. 
  • The Master Suite has bullet-proof glass, a gold-leaf ceiling in the sitting area, mechanical drapes, automatic security dead-bolts and a button for instant connection to local police. 
  • The driveway is 1/4 of a mile long with a custom gate handcrafted in Hawaii by Bryan Tedrick.
  • The West Bedroom bathroom sink is carved out of lapis lazuli.  
  • The Great Room has a suede-lined reading nook with an Oxygen Bar, a Yamaha Grand Piano with electronic player controls, and an elevator-transport system to bring wood to the fireplace from basement storage.
  • The Gym contains a Cybex Nautilus, treadmill, infrared sauna, dual-hydrotherapy massage tub, and a marble-tiled steam room. The floor matting is made from recycled rubber. 
  • The Office features custom cabinetry, a marble desk, coffered ceiling, fireplace, and a leather floor. 
  • The Master Suite's morning room features rear-illuminated onyx wall.  
  • The Meditation Hall features a bamboo ceiling constructed by Zhulin Temple craftsmen.   
  • The property features a 15,000 gallon water tank with a dedicated hydrant in case of fire.
  • The Pool House features a sunset-viewing turret, living room with fireplace and a teak ceiling, two Green Moss marble bathrooms with lockers and scald-prevention showers, an outdoor television and speakers, an outdoor shower and an elevator to basement catering space.  The Pool House kitchen has fossilized marble countertops and a Viking range.
  • The Couvruer Verdun roof has a lifetime guarantee.  It has integrated cove-style gutters, Vermont slate, and hand-hammered copper/aluminum details. The stainless rain gutters move the water underground.
